This initiative was created with the aim of giving back to the community in view of fostering empowerment. It is mostly championed by volunteers who have benefitted from program in the past and use this as a means of rendering a service in return.
Our mentorship program eorks according to Bob Proctor´s saying that "A mentor is someone who sees more talent and ability within you, than you see in yourself, and helps bring it out of you".
At KiawieTechIT Academy, we donnot believe in Trainees
Every trainee is placed under a mentor for the duration of their job search.During this period, the mentor provides the following services:
- Supports with interview preparation and guidance
- Provides reviews on past interviews to upgrade performance
- Is the direct contact person during and after training
